  I’ve always received great service here. I was in town when my undercarriage cover came loose and couldn’t be bolted back up. I stopped by before getting on the road, and even though it wasn’t a part they typically install, they did a temporary repair so I could make it home safely. They told me that if I ordered the replacement part, they would install it at no cost. I came back the following week with the part, and they kept their word. Great customer service!

  Spencer @ Mavis was awesome. He was compassionate and professional. He gave me the best deal with my limited budget without haggling or hustling me. Very woman friendly tire place!

  If you want honest service go see Damon he tells you what's needed I n the moment and what I need to plan on. No pushy sales and im not broke after!

  Made an appointment a day ahead for 2 pm. Took a hour and a half before my vehicle was taken to have 2 tires removed and 2 new tires installed. Then it took another 1 1/2 hours for 2 tires to be put on. When asked about a discount for the wait even after making an appointment we were told that yall could not do anything because people didn’t show up for work. Thats not our fault. You refused to even give a discount. I paid $370 for 2 tires and waited 3 hours with an appointment. If I wanted to waste 3 hours of my day, I wouldn’t have made an appointment in advance. Then you even tried to sell me other stuff and I refused. What a way to get repeat customers after buying 4 tires in less than 6 months. You shouldn’t take walk in customers if you don’t have the staff to fulfill your customers who made appointments.

  The staff at Mavis Tire and Brakes are very knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer. Their prices for maintaining my vehicle are very reasonable compared to some other shops. Unless my needed repair is something that has to be done at the BMW dealership, I will always bring my vehicle to Mavis Tire and Brakes.
