  This place has been open. I think a few months they’ll be out of business in a few months. They have no business never anyone there as I drive by all the time every single day I drive by and there’s nobody there now you call to try to get an oil change and just recording nobody’s picks up. You got 6. Guys standing around and you get a recording/ voicemail. No one picking up the phone. That’s absolutely crazy. If you do not pick up the phone the customer is just going to call the next place take five Walmart as I said before this location will be out of business in no time I actually bought a Valvoline in Schenectady New York went out of business And had a used car a lot there this place will be the same thing

  FORGET JEFFY LUBE ? NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ? FORGET TAKE FIVE SOMEONE NEED TO TEACH THESE TWO STORE OUTLETS HOW TO BE CUSTOMER CARE. OK DON'T SAY I DIDN'T TELL YOU JEFFY LUBE & TAKE FIVE WERE BOTH ASKED IF THEY HAD AND DO USE RAGS TO CLEAN UP THERE MESS. BOTH SAID YES I ALSO TOLD THEM MY GRAGE FLOOR IS FINISH AND I DO NOT NEED TO SEE PUDDLE OF OIL ON THE FLOOR THE NEXT DAY? WELL LONG AND BEHOLD THERE IT WAS OIL ON MY NEW FLOOR HUGH PUDDLE. REMEMBER BOTH SAID THAT IT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. " VALVOLINE " TO RESCUE ! I TOLD THEM THE SAME THING THAT WHEN CHANGING THE OIL FILTER IT WILL LEAVE OIL ON THE CROSS MEMBER AND WHEN I GET HOME THERE WILL BE A PUDDLE ON THE FLOOR AND IT'S A FINISH FLOOR. THE MANAGER SAID THAT IS NOT AT ALL GOING TO HAPPEN I TOLD HIM I GOT SAME PROMIS FROM THE OTHER TWO STORES. HE SAID IF IT HAPPEN HE HIM SELF WILL COME AND CLEAN THE FLOOR. I TOLD HIM IF YOU DO YOUR JIB THEN I WILL NOT HAVE THE PROBELM . 100%. CORRECT SOMEONE WHO IN THE BUSSNESS WHO CARE'S ABOUT CUSTOMER RELATION YES A COMPANY WHO WANT'S TO KEEP THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. THANK YOU< VALVOLINE ! I WILL BE BACK WITH THE WIFE CAR AND MY TRUCK AND FOR SURE WILL SHARE THIS WILL ALL. MY FRIEND \'S SPECIAL THANK'S TO THE MANAGE FOR SEEING IT WAS DONE AND I WAS LEAVING BEING HAPPY AND SATISFIED . THANK YOU
