  This place is very clean. The guys are very friendly and helpful. The tires are affordable and service is good. Nick and E were able to help me with my tires and gave me an awesome deal . I would use them again. Thanks again

  They were super friendly and helpful. Also quick service. I had an appointment to have my tires changed at 7pm and they called me at 1pm saying I could bring it in earlier if I like. The communication was super helpful. Will be back.

  I had a flat tire and lucky for me Mavis was 4 miles away. The gentleman, “E” at the service counter was very courteous. My vehicle was pulled into the bay and up on the rack in a matter of minutes. What was a stressful event for me turned into a quick pleasant experience. Thanks guys!

  I just left your Conway, SC location today. Unfortunately, I don't remember the young man's name at the front desk (sort of reddish hair) but he was very nice and helpful. He helped me get my tire pressure right so that I could get that annoying light off my dashboard. My sister also told him she was bringing her car by in a few days so that he can assist her with the same issue. She took her car to Walmart for a rotation and told them two of her tires were over inflated and instead of deflating those two tires they over inflated the other two tires as well. Thank you Mavis for getting it right the first time!

  They are not good… This place has to be the slowest I have ever been. I needed an alignment on a civic, there were only 3 bays occupied and about 12 employees. I was there for 2.5 hours before they even moved my car in and started working on it. The other people in the waiting room were obviously there all day and frustrated. I am amazed that they have more than 1 star, the employees played with their cell phones more than they did any work at all. Don’t go here and expect to accomplish anything else for the day.
