Zero customer service...She stuck a clip board in my face, said the top upgrade oil change/Trans flush special is what I should get, I said I just need a basic oil change and presented my coupon. Apparently upset... She said "you don't care bout your car then." ...ordered me to wait in line. I took off and went to competitor, what a difference, they even matched Jiffys coupon.

During the visit, they recommended changing the differential oil, saying it was overdue. I trusted their advice and approved the service. Just two days later, my car broke down in the middle of the highway. After having it towed, I found out that they had drained the differential fluid but failed to properly refill it because they didn’t have the right tools. Despite this, they let me drive away without oil in the differential. When I contacted them, they initially denied responsibility. After a lot of back and forth, they eventually agreed to cover repairs and had my car sent to a dealership in Myrtle Beach. What was supposed to be a 2-day repair turned into over a month without my vehicle, forcing me to rent a car just to keep working. After finally getting my car back, everything seemed fine at first—but about six months later, I started hearing noise from the differential again. I brought it back, and they told me it was “normal,” which it absolutely is not. I never had any issues before this incident. This experience cost me time, money, and a lot of stress. I trusted them with a simple service, and it turned into a major mechanical failure. I would strongly recommend being cautious before accepting any additional services from this location.
