I want in on 10/16/25 to get a wash . Met the attendant at the gate can I ask if I can have the $16 car wash. After he charge my card for the $16 then he proceeds to tell me that the tires shine is not working. And I said to him if you knew the tire shine isn't working why am I paying $16 for something I can't get. So I go and speak to the so-called manager and at first he told me that he couldn't find the $16 charge. Not realizing I should have checked my account on my phone to make sure the $16 didn't come out of my account. Okay, so I go back around to the gate and ask the same guy who charged me $16 if I can just have the $10 wash which he did charge me for the $10 wash . As I'm driving up to the car wash is when I check my account and that's when I realized I was charged the $16 plus the $10. So I go back in to speak to the so-called manager and he did refund me the $16. And just like a lot of people say with their experience with this car wash. A lot of times when you go, something is broken. Or either the whole car wash itself is down for the day. And I'm supposed to be paying a monthly fee and should be able to get my car washed during business hours. But that's not always the case. I'm just going to start back washing my own car at the self-serve car wash. Are either drive to Carolina Forest to dedrick's. This is just so sad to see something good turn out so bad for a lot of customers including myself. I would suggest not taking your car to this car wash. Its better to bet safe then sorry ! 👎🏿

So, I asked an employee what was up with the vacuums and he jumped down my throat saying what's up with you people everybody's got an attitude today I was shocked but also a little angry at his response. I went into register a complaint in the office and an hourly employee came over from outside where he had scrub my windows and the back of my car a very calm polite gentleman who told me what was going on with the vacuums and I said well that's all that I had to say you need to jump down my throat and the employee informed me that this was their assistant manager. Wow! That guy needs to find another job, somewhere out of customer service! This place has really taking a turn downward since Detrick's owned it. Won't be going back! However, I was extremely impressed with the hourly employee; very calm rational and thoughtful gentleman. He should be the assistant manager and the current assistant manager needs to go somewhere else, again out of customer service!!!!
