Come to find out that she works in the New York office. Now what really impressed me about all of this was that she was able to send a discount to my daughter’s location. Now my baby girl and my grandkids will have a new tire when they travel. I didn’t ask for a discount, but she made me aware that there is something she can do to help. And that made my day. now wherever I go, I’m looking for a Mavis for my tire repairs or buy a new tire. I don’t need a discount. But because of the kindness and going the extra mile. We are now joint at hip😊. I just love the customer service at Mavis.

From a Chevy 1500, Jeep Gladiator and F250 super duty, they have always been on point with their service. They make it easy to call and check on availability of parts / tires and if they don’t have them on location they will get them quickly. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and never an issue.

I needed my car and if no one was going to be there for me to get it someone should’ve said something. Really unprofessional and will not be using you guys again when I told you I was on the way and it was told to me that was fine.
