  I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel like this is worth a review and If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was my first time renting a car and I experienced mechanical issues. Of course they would say I damaged the car, especially being a young driver. As I was driving down the highway, the vehicle started making a weird obnoxious noise as if something was dragging. I looked under the vehicle and everything looked fine. So the following morning, I returned it to the nearest branch which was North Myrtle to do a vehicle swap. Weeks later I get sent a damage claim for and a balance due of about $2,400. How could I have realistically damage the car simply driving down the highway? I wasn’t involved in any accidents or anything at all. So, I submitted a dispute and that got tossed out. Apparently they're trying to say I damaged something under the vehicle. This will be my first and last time renting a vehicle....thanks to Enterprise!

  From picking up the rental to dropping it back off, I had a pleasant experience. This was my first time renting a vehicle and can say I will be using enterprise in the future.

  Friendly and helpful staff. The Enterprise sales clerk was friendly and informative. She made the rental and return flawless. The vehicle was very clean and an ease to drive. I would definitely recommend this branch for all your rental needs
