  The staff at this location are fantastic! They always present themselves professionally and are ready to help with any questions or concerns. I really appreciate their high-quality customer service. The only downside is the physical location and the small parking lot—but that’s no fault of the staff. If you can overlook that minor inconvenience, this is definitely the place for you. The manager is so kind, and the entire team does a great job. I’ve never had any issues, and any small concerns were quickly resolved with a conversation or phone call. They truly care about their customers! This is an elite location and my go-to spot. I’ll see y'all next time!

  If I could give this location negative stars I would. I made a reservation at this location with the assistant branch manager Tajay. She told me when I picked up the vehicle that there would be a shuttle at the Baltimore location that would take me to the cruise port after dropping off my rental. She then wrote down the confirmation information and pick up location for my rental to go back to SC after getting off the cruise ship a week later because the same location would not be open on the sunday that we were returning. When we arrived at the location to drop off our rental the location was closed along with a locked gate around the parking lot. We called enterprise to find out where to drop the car off and had to drive to two other locations 30 mins farther from the cruise port just to return the vehicle. We then have to Uber to the port and almost miss our cruise. Fast forward a week and now we get off our cruise and Uber to the address that was given to us to pick up our vehicle to get home. We arrive there only to be told they have no vehicles for us even though we have a reservation and the best thing they could do for us is to allow us to wait in the lobby and see what vehicles may get returned throughout the day. We ask them what about our reservation and shouldnt there be a car waiting for us since we have a vonfirmation amd the response given to us was "Yeah thats how its supposed to be". While we started to call the corporate office our Uber driver suggested that maybe the enterprise at the airport (30 mins north) may have vehicles. The enterprise rep stated yes they might but our systems dont communicate with each other so you should start driving there and try rebooking a vehicle. We make it to the enterprise at the airport only to be told that they wont rent us a vehicle one way because they want to make sure they get their vehicles back. To get home we had to rent a vehicle from another company and spend twice as much. After returning home I went back to this enterprise location to explain everything to Tajay who responded with "Well I did my job. Its not my fault that the locations were closed and the other location didnt have a vehicle for you. And I never told you that there would be a shuttle all I did was click the location that has a cruise ship next to the location". She then offered me a free 5 dollar vehicle upgrade for my next vehicle rental with enterprise which she proceeded to tell me that she never told me it was only 5 dollars to upgrade my vehicle on my corporate account. My Uber receipts alone totalled 200 dollars. I would recommend everyone to stay away from renting from this place.
