  called today to switch my reservation to this location vs the myrtle beach location and they connected me with the branch manager Spencer. He was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me and switching over my reservation.

  My car was being repaired because of a car accident and the person who caused it was insured with Allstate, which meant I had to use Enterprise rental. The first problem was I had to pay for the rental and then wait to be reimburse by Allstate. Then enterprise rents me car that would turn itself off while stopped at a stop light. With out telling me that there’s a switch that was supposed to be turned off to stop that from happening. And second it was raining a couple days and when I went to clean the windshield there wasn’t any fluid in washer tank. And on top of that you could not see out of the rear windshield because there was no rear wiper. So I had to constantly stop at Krogers to wipe the rear windshield. Other than that, Nick who checked me out at Enterprise and checked me in was very courteous and professional.
