Obviously there was no answer because no one is at the phone. We are a mobile company who have our own logins account linked to the same pin. Even though I had just used the pin earlier, a bit crazy on their part. Usually don’t make reviews but whoever is training these people need to definitely have a talk with them. On top of screaming and joking around through the store.

John also followed up with me after the fact to make sure that all went well. Not only will we be back but he’s now considered a friend.

- AMA MaeDec 23, 20255.0After a day of terror with my car that I had just picked up from the dealership after 6 months of being worked on and being promised up and down that the battery was good and the car was safe we lost power driving down 501. Very scary as two young people who have never experienced that. My first thought was to stop at Autozone and I am so glad I did! Johnathan and Cody took the time to check my battery and explain the issues that were happening. They were compassionate and made sure we had what we needed to get the job done. Thank you to everyone who helped us last night!
