- W_Whosasking -_-Apr 6, 20265.0I just went for a oil change with them for the 3rd time and had help from nearly the full crew due The my car hood giving them trouble, they all were very kind and helpful once and again and have been my place of choice to get oil changes. Brie, Mike, kai, and a few other members of the crew were so very helpful each time I've go e and this location is my go to pick everytime mostly due to the great customer service.

- JDJoshua DeeseMar 24, 20262.0I came in on Saturday, March 21 '26 for an oil change. I asked if there were any leaks a couple of times and they said no. They showed me the dipstick and it was full to the top. Saturday night, I stopped at a gas station and I smelled burning oil. On Monday, March 23 '26 I went back for a courtesy check because when I got off work at 9am I checked my oil and it was a quart low on the stick. I heard the tech below say it's leaking but not what. The tech checking my oil tried to convince me it was full but the engine was warm and I know *way* better than that as I know my way around an engine, I just don't have a way to get under this vehicle. Something got tightened and then the side tech told me the below tech said the oil pan gasket is leaking. I have three questions. Why would they have not seen the oil pan leak on Saturday. Why wouldn't they be forthcoming about a loose item that was leaking. And why would the tech checking my oil try to convince me the oil level was correcting. Won't go back.
