  Go to Take 5. The customer service and quality of service is much better. The manager at this location should be retrained on how to get a customer to want to return. Do not recommend.

  I went to this location for a service - oil change, however I left out with a snipped wire that caused my car to instantly start smoking when I pulled out of the service area and leak AC coolant. The technicians that worked on my car were very unprofessional regarding handling this situation. I had to go as far as filing a police report, due to the lack of professionalism. If you are looking for professional and adequate service, I would not recommend this location.

  The guys was very knowledgeable and helpful. Did an awesome job with my vehicle. Recommend certain things, but I did not take it at that time but very welcoming. Great job guys.

  I had an excellent experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The service was fast and professional, but the customer service really stood out. A huge thank you to Jenna, Brian, Keshawn, and Peter for being so helpful and making the process seamless. It’s rare to find a team that works that well together—I’ll definitely be back!
