  Self scheduling was great. Tech was friendly but seemed to take tech longer than expected to put door of car back together after glass replacement. Then he left scratches on exterior door panel and light hanging from interior door panel where the door wouldn’t shut after opening. Difficulties getting live agent for assistance. Not sure I’d gamble on using them again in the future.

  My windshield was installed properly as far as I can tell however, the drop-off and pick-up process leaves a lot to be desired. I dropped my car off before 8:30am as instructed and was told to please pick it up by 5pm. Well I stopped by on my way out of the city at 2pm and it wasn’t ready nor could they give me an approximate time, only told me to be back by 5pm. So I go all the way home and come back at 4:15pm and the car still was not ready. I didn’t end up receiving my car until 6:30pm. Had they communicated with me that it would be much later, I would have told them that I could pick it up the following day. I missed 2 other appointments all because Safelite would not tell me that my car wouldn’t be ready until after 5pm which could’ve easily been communicated when I came to check at 2pm. Time is valuable, please do better with your communication.

  I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite AutoGlass, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The technician, James, was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. The installation was done flawlessly, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond like this—James truly exceeded expectations. If you’re considering using Safelite, I highly recommend them, especially if you get the chance to work with James. Top-notch service all around!

  The windshield replacement was fine, but the technician skipped a few steps on the reinstall because the windshield wipers stopped working. I'm willing to fix the review if Safelite fixes the problem before I do, but as of right now, it's saying at 2 stars. UPDATE*** I called the customer care team and they said to bring it into the shop that day, I drove over in 15 minutes were I was immediately helped by Faith, the Customer Service Advocate, who turned to George the Lead Recalibration Technician who had just walked in and knew the issue almost immediately. The whole problem was resolved in less than 10 minutes and both George and Faith were pleasant and professional. They did a wonderful job!

  Unreliable service and poor communication. This is my second experience with this location, and it has been just as problematic as the first. In 2024, it took three separate appointments to resolve a windshield replacement because the team repeatedly arrived with the wrong glass or lacked the calibration tools they should have anticipated. Ultimately, they passed the calibration responsibility onto me which I paid out of pocket. Now, history is repeating itself. My vehicle was held all day only for the appointment to be canceled due to non-critical error codes. Despite my mechanic and dealer confirming the vehicle is fine to service, Safelite refused to even speak with them to clarify the issue. They simply canceled the job and told me to figure it out myself. If your insurance allows it, look elsewhere. I choose not to leave poor reviews but this is so past warranted. If you can actually get my windshield fixed and communicate with some level of actual intention to ASSIST me in the matter instead of handing me a 5page document and telling me it's not Safelite's problem then I'll remove this review entirely. Until then, just like you communicated to me, not my problem.
