- JJJuanApr 9, 20263.0I have sold 2 cars to this Pull-A-Part. The first experience was seamless and professional. The second experience, not so much. Please fix your pick-up time set up. Tell customers a specific time when their car is expected to be picked up. The 8 AM to 5 PM range is too broad. You basically have to be home all day working around the tow truck driver's random schedule. The tow truck driver called me at 1 PM and told me his ETA was 2:30 PM. I waited until 2:45 PM, he didn't show up or call to update. After I called, he said his new ETA was 3:50 PM because he was doing other stuff. The professional thing to do is to abide by the initial pick-up time or at least call if you are running late.

He showed me where some others were that just came up on the lot. Extremely helpful very friendly and hard at work. Very professional staff and extremely helpful. This is definitely very different than the pull-a-part I came to a few years back. Very impressed with this turnaround. Extremely courteous staff, cleaner than I've ever seen it, organized lot with minimal scrap in the way of a wheelbarrow. Highly impressed I will be back and will be referring to friends and family. Thank you Trey for the help!
