  I really liked how they handled my vehicle honestly they did a great job and also when I walked in I felt welcome just from how I was being greeted it's a real lovely and friendly location. Im goin to make sure to keep coming back

  Russel was a fantastic help with my tire, i ordered the wrong size and he still honored the price given for the tire I accidentally ordered! Initially helping me save money! I will be returning for all my tire and car needs

  My husband and I give Mavis on Harbison Blvd 5 stars. We got two new tires and an alignment. The courteous young man Mr. Russell got us in on short notice and got us out fast. Thank you for having great customer service!.

  FEB 2026 Very disappointing & infuriating experiences. Went in for oil change ….and while sitting I inquired about an alignment ( which I didn’t know much about) but eventually agreed to have tha5 done too since I had some time that morning. I keep up with all maintenance on my vehicle. As I’m sitting in the waiting thinking it would only be the quoted time period of an hr or 2 at the most. I became a bit anxious as 2 other women are upset about issues that took place before me. As I observe I see a young man banging unusually hard and in a frustrating manner…I thought no more of it .the other client notice and mention the same thing…it was as though they were frustrated. .I chk in again with clerk as she says she’ll chk it shouldn’t be much longer….It soon becomes 4 hrs after the clerk disappears for some time & she can see that I am visually irritated….she then proceeds to say could you come with me….Ive got bad news …this after having me sit there totally withholding the info that my car was damaged during the repair. The entire staff knew and I believe they were thinking of a way to stick it to me and not accept accountability…5 total hrs….as the young man explains what the damage was and what was needed to repair it..they then tell me I have to pay for the part that their repairer broke bcuz it had some rust. I WAS LIVID. I COULDNT TAke MY CAR BECAUSe IT WAS THE PART THAT HELD THE BACK TIRES TOGETHER. I was furious and really didn5 want them to touch my vehicle.AFTEREXPRESSING MY ANGER AND CONCERN AROUND THEM TOUCHING MY CAR FURTHER …I calmed down video recorded the interaction from there and GRANTED THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO FIX and rectify the issue..I ENDED HAVING TO PAY FOR AN UBER HM …ASKED FOR THE OWNER OR SUPERVISOR TO CALL AND NEVER ONCE AFTER 3 days NEVER ONCE RECEIVED A CALL. THE INCONVENIENCE THAT I INCURRED AS I WAS ON MY WAY OUT OF TOWN …CAUSING ME TO RENt A CAR AFTER A REGULAR MAINTENANCE TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE ….I ADVISE EVERY WOMAN AND MAN TO use cAUTIOUS ESP WOMEN BECAUSE THE OFFICE MGR THEN had the nerve to tell me..” THIS WOULD BE THE SAME OUTCome IF I TOOK IT TO LEXUS”.LIKE I DID SOMETHING.. Till this day no manager no owner no supervisor NOONE RECTIFIED THIS…I WILL NEVER EVER DO BIZ EVER AGAIN AND I WILL CONTINUE TO WARN OTHERS…LASTLY THEY HAD THE NERVE TO SEND AN EMAIL/TEXT 3 days after picking up my vehicle ALERTING ME THAT I NEEDED TO USE CAUTION AND HAVE MY VEHICLE INSPECTED FOR LOOSE BOLTS AND SCREWS. I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF A HEALTH CRISIS WITH AN ELDERLY PARENT AND HAVENT HAD TIME TO LOOK INTO LEGAL MATTERS..IM A FIRM BELIEVER THAT THIS BIZ WILL BE HANDLE IN THE SAME MANNER IN WHICH THEY HANDLED ME,,MAY THEIR CLIENT BASE DECREASE ….AND DOORS EVENTUALLY CLOSE FOR MISHANDLING THIS ISSUE AND THE CALLUS MANNER OF HOW I WAS TREATED….APRIL 2026 and still NO FOLLOW UP even after that TERRIFYING EMAIL. I ended up incurring uber charges rental car charges and then taking my vehicle to be inspected…

  I am eight months pregnant. I just wanted someone help me put air in my tire so I did not have to get out and squat so low to the ground with the dress on. Both men stood there, staring at me and continue to work did not acknowledge me and I called to speak to the manager and he acted like he did not care and justified it first time here never been here before and this is how you treat a woman All I needed was air in my tires so I could be on my Mary way. Just rude!!! I also wanted to check and see why my tire was low and if there was a nail in it, but I didn’t get any information. I’m on my way to church and if I get a flat tire on my way there because there’s a nail in my tire I’m going to sue this company at least they could’ve told me to hold on a minute while they finish up the car. They didn’t even throw up a finger or acknowledge me once and then I called and the manager and he has the same attitude. While being polite, but he’s not acknowledging where they are wrong.
