Fred was extremely professional and went above and beyond to take care of my car. I will definitely be coming back in for future services when he is working. 10/10 experience

Extremely respectful and efficient. When asking questions about our service, they were knowledgeable and helpful. Great service and left feeling confident that my car was taken care of and all issues addressed.

Wasted an hour of my time and more. I scheduled an appt on my lunch and wasnt seen until an hour later. Why schedule an appt if i still have to wait over an hour for service. Staff at front desk was nice but people have things to do and I’m sure no one wants a simple fix of service that they paid days ago for to keep being prolonged seeing that I’ve been up here 3 days in a row now. I need some type of compensation for being late back to work and wasting my time at this point. Then said i have a nail in another tire but they don’t know which tire it came from and ask me which car is mine again.management find a way to contact me TODAY! Then tried to charge me $60 for balancing my tires when i already paid 3 days ago. Not satisfied and need my money back today for missing work and over paying.

Terrible. I was visiting from out of town for work and I hit a curb and had a rear wheel on my van was sputtering. I was working at the fairgrounds up the road so I Dropped it off on Saturday 3/28 it was there all day for them to tell me “nothing was wrong with it” Sunday morning 3/29 there was a roaring clunking sound from the tire. Dropped it off again for them to tell me it was a wheel bearing and they couldn’t fix it. I brought it to an actual mechanic monday 3/30 who tells me it’s the differential. Had these clowns told me they can’t do anything beyond a flat tire they would have saved me a lot of aggravation; my van would have properly diagnosed two days previous by an actual mechanic who knows cars

Eric, Fred, and Dimere at Mavis Tire and Brake were absolutely wonderful. When I arrived at the shop with a “Low oil alert” warning on my car, they treated me with such kindness, patience, and genuine concern. They went out of their way to check my oil, refill it, and even call a local mechanic to help me get an auto repair in the works. I was deeply moved by this rare combination of professionalism and kindness. It is not every day that you encounter people who are so willing to help, and I shall not soon forget their generosity and care. In a world marked by hardness and unkindness, Eric, Fred, and Dimere surely stand out as true gentlemen.
