    Definitely need to come see them again, they had did a management change they have a new store manager Jeff, Ricko was very helpful and knowledgeable he is all about his customers they got me in quick and got me out in about a hour that was doing 4 tires and alignment definitely cool guys need more like them 💯

    For starters, I never leave a bad review. I choose to just let it go and never visit that business or restaurant again. But I could not let this go. I finally came around to updating my vehicles service records in the Car Fax Car Care app since this business does not automatically report it. Upon reviewing the service logs for my wife’s car, I noticed a discrepancy in the reported mileage between her service records from Precision Tune Auto on 4/29/25 which was 70731 and this store where she bought 4 new tires and purchased the tire warranty on 8/302025 with the mileage reported as 54658. Essentially this robs her of 20000 tread miles on the warranty. Normally I take care of the vehicles but she indeed needed to get those tires replaced so I told her to take the vehicle here as I have bought tires from them. This is another example of shops taking advantage of women and it’s my fault for not taking care of the tires sooner. I know it’s way too late to get this corrected but I could not let this go. Lesson learned though, y’all will never get the business to service my 3 vehicles again! For more context: The last odometer reading for 2024 was at Precision Auto on 10/18/2024 was 66629 (receipt uploaded) The vehicle first odometer reading in 2025 was 68000 from JTS Kia who performed a recall service on 1/17/2025.

    Great, great service!!!! This shop gave me the old school feel of honesty, integrity, and pride in doing their job the right way. Took my Kia Stinger in for an issue with a tire wobble, they immediately evaluated the issue and got me back rolling within 15 mins. Hands down the best!!!! Made my day!!!!

    The service I received was exceptional. Upon walking in the store's manager was already on the job. He acknowledged customers as well as handling phone calls. When it was time for me to speak on why I visiting he handle my situation professionally as he did for those who was there along with me. My wait time was not too terrible, but told me up front there were others ahead of me.

    Last year on 04/02/25 I came into this Mavis needing and wanting regular suspension work just lower/upper control arms, sway bar, inner and outer tire rods, and maybe one more thing I can’t remember but during the services my CV Axle on the driver was damaged by the store and had to be replaced however the parts were replaced after market rather than with a OEM part from the dealership which is the only place you can get a CV Axle for a Honda Accord 2.0T. Fast forward to this year (March of 2026) I brought my car back to Mavis as I was experiencing some shaking when accelerating and they diagnosed it with needing both CV Axles needing to be replaced and the intermediate shaft. I then informed them after receiving the diagnosis that the left CV Axle was serviced by them last year after they messed it up during service (which was not needed until they messed up the axle that was on there originally) and then they changed the diagnosis on the spot to just just the passenger side axle and intermediate shaft. I told them I would need to wait until later in the week when I get paid to have those services done. Upon me calling back literally a few days later maybe 2 or 3 at most I was told verbatim they “no longer due this services as they could be held liable” so I began outsourcing to see where I could get the work done and I tried to order the axle from advanced auto parts but they told me you can only get it for the Honda accord 2.0T from dealership which how I figured that out from earlier in the review. So I just ended up having the service done for the right passenger side CV Axle at the dealership after ordering the part and they came back and told me that did not fix the issue and that they firmly believe the left is the problem now that was just replaced not even an entire year ago by Mavis after messing it up while services my my tire rods and other suspension related items. So I called this Mavis store as the work was done here and was informed the axle was no longer under warranty as warranty is 12 months or 12,000 miles and they would need to look at it so I tried to attempt to see if there was anything we could work out as I would not be in this situation if the axle was not damaged during the services done by Mavis. After reaching out to Mavis Corporate office as I did not feel this was or is fair to me as the customer as I am without a car for the moment and all they were able to “offer” is $100 towards the service for a service they also “no longer do because liability issues” again I do not believe this fair to me as this was not my fault and I am also a longtime customer with Mavis and this store in particular and for that to be the help they could offer just does not feel fair as the customer and I also do not feel would be in this situation if the axle was never damaged and replaced by them 1) because I would got this service done at the dealership had I known the part was OEM only 2) I have had this car for two years now and the original axle on the passenger is just now needing to be repaired.
