She's very knowledgeable and helps you understand what is wrong with the car, she makes sure you know exactly what you are paying for so you dont overspend. She is amazing at multitasking and even when its busy she makes sure she will be with everyone as soon as she can. I had went in to get my tire replaced and was able to be back on the road all within an hour. The staff are truly caring and will make sure you're taken care of. I highly recommend, I will be back in the future for any tire troubles.
