  Be aware of this place.. had a appointment to drop my truck off at the collision shop at 3.. had a rental schedule at 3... some reason I was told me appointment was at 12...and they rented the vehicle that was scheduled for me,because i didn't show up at 12. That's BS... why would I schedule for 12 and I didn't drop my truck off until 3.

  Had to wait for my car when I got there. They were so busy. But service was efficient and I will rent there again. Good customer service.

  They don’t answer their phone, do not deliver on promises like delivery or type of vehicle and are just rude.

  I reserved a full size SUV for a 3pm pickup over a week before the set pick up date. I arrived a little after 3 & was told my vehicle wasn’t available . I was instead offered a small suv. When I asked what other vehicles (mini van, pick up , etc.) were available I was told none. How is it possible I was able to reserve a vehicle but then it not be available. On top of that I was told I needed another form of identification on top of my license to rent & had to go all the way home to get my passport. Due to these issues my entire pre planned trip was affected. I have rented with enterprise for years & never had an issue. I do not recommend this location at all.

  Nothing personal against the staff. However, this is not just the first time but the second time now that the company has told us they have a rental vehicle available, specifically a pickup truck that I need and they don't have it. I always like to follow up to make sure things are going well which they were up until today. I've been calling all week to make sure that my reservation was still in the system, which it was. Everything was fine. They were sending me text messages reminding me to pick up Friday morning at 8:00, and when I called a few minutes ago all of a sudden they do not have any vehicles available. Not even a car is available at the moment. I do understand that people extend their rentals, however this is a corporate business that probably does billions of dollars a year across the United States. What's very frustrating is that this is the second time they have told me they have a vehicle available until the day before I desperately need it. It is unavailable and they are not able to get me any vehicles at all, not even a car. Please be very weary when you book ahead of time with this company. Again, this is nothing against the staff. This is against the company itself. If they cannot provide vehicles for people when they assure they will have them available then they either need to get a larger fleet or figure something out to ensure that the people who are relying on this company are taken care of.
