I just got my oil changed and needed my headlight and brake light changed as well. previously I was told that it was a mechanical issue, but Mitchell went right in and did the dang thang! I am so pleased with Mitchell and Jakai customer service (👋Jakai) how kool he and my son share the same name). These young men deserve the world! Very pleasant. See y’all next go round!

- JWjeremy weeksJan 31, 20261.0They recommended my wife’s transmission be “flushed” when changing the oil a few months ago, she agreed to have it done the next time the oil was due. Long story short they didn’t drain it all the way before putting in the “correct amount” of transmission fluid and wayyy overfilled it. Long story short it ruined my wifes transmission and the car is undriveable. $5000.00 to have the transmission replaced. Brittany or Brianna came to our house to inspect the vehicle and agreed it was overfilled and told us that we had to go have it repaired first and then file a complaint with Valvoline to try and get our money back. Basically nothing they would or could do and it was our problem to deal with. That was the answer after she made a phone call (presumably to her boss.) She stated that the video recording showed that they did everything correctly except check the dipstick at the end of the service. What “professional” doesn’t check their work? I drained a gallon of extra transmission fluid out and it was still overfilled, obviously someone didn’t drain it properly. They use a vacuum system, not the actual drain plug and that is why this happened. We are having to file a suit in small claims court for the transmission replacement and our troubles. Not everyone can just go buy a new car on a whim and this could happen to a 1 car family and leave them completely screwed. We are fortunate enough that we could afford to go buy a new car the next day but it would have crippled a lot of people and that is unjust and wrong. Screw corporate chains like this that wont even back up their unprofessional “work”… -10 stars for place that ruined a running vehicle that we were going to gift our son in a year when he gets his license. Shame on you for suggesting this service and ruining my wife’s car. We will see you in court.
