  Got my oil & all my filters changed today 02/28/2026. Service was the best ever. Christian answered any questions I had & sang while getting everything done. Jimmy was as helpful giving info kn my filter changes & why they needed to be changed. Will be back again, for service & singing😊😉

  I was very surprised and pleased at how well this experience was! I have been to other Valvoline locations before but I had such a kind and smooth experience at this location that I will definitely be coming back. Bobby was very nice and communicated clearly throughout the process. As a young woman it’s rarely been my experience to feel so comfortable in an auto maintenance environment so thank you!

  Greetings. I just want to say words can't not express the beautiful and outstanding experience that I had today at your Garners ferry location. When I woke up I call and manager Matt answered my call. I explain what I needed done and he answered all of my questions. So when I arrived he greeted me with a wonderful 😃 smile. What a outstanding experience him and his staff was outstanding!! I was so pleased of service I received today. And will definitely will be back. Thank you Mr Matt and Staff .God bless
