  I went to Valvoline today for the first time! They took great care of me in a timely manner. I had the pleasure of working with Jenna and Mitchell, they were awesome. Keep up the great work yall :D

  I remembered that I was due for an oil change as I drove near the new Valvoline location that I had tried on my prievious oil change. I was pleased with my experience during that visit and had planned to return there next time. It was 4:55pm on Sunday evening. Five minutes to closing. I realized this as I was pulling in. There were no other customers there, there were 3 people working and it was clear that they were about to close. I pulled in near the open lane but did not drive in yet. I stopped and got out of my car as all 3 started out to greet me. I said to them.." I know that it's closing time on Sunday evening and I do not want to hold you up. I can gladly come back tommorrow. I thought if you want to get one more sale in for the day I'd let you decide. But if you are ready to go please let me come back in the morning". None of them hesitated. Come on, Pull it in right here. We'll all be out of here in 15 minutes! And we were. I got the same quick ( not rushed ) professional service that I got last time. (Which was why I returned for my next oil change). And although I could not find the discount coupon provided to me after my last vist, they gladly applied it to my bill anyway! I'm 65 years old (NOT a grumpy old man :) and have spent my entire career in some type of sales and marketing. After college I opened a small retail business. A few years later I began what would end up being an almost 20 year career as a sales rep and a sales trainer at one the countries largest manufacturing corporations. And I've got to tell you, in my humble opinion, in todays self service business world, where more and more companies want you do it or find it yourself "on our app!" instead of talking to the customer to help them, it's getting harder to find truley top notch customer service. Not only because it requiers quality training, which many companies won't spend the time or money on. But because even with training you must have quality PEOPLE! So congratulations to Valvoline for clearly understanding the importance of teaching/training your employees on how you want your business run, and for finding the top quality people that took care of me last Sunday night!   I’m very disappointed everything went well and smooth with the oil change until I gave them a $10 coupon they “discounted” the $10 dollars but then they added and extra charge of $7.19 not satisfied with the way they do service. In that case don’t give coupons out if you’re going to up the price at the end. Will not be making the mistake of returning.

  I went for my annual oil change this morning and drove a little further than normal to Valvoline on Garners Ferry in the recommendation of a colleague. I love good customer service and this place had great customer service. This location was very clean and organized . The techs were enthusiastic and happy that I was there. Very professional and efficient. Excellent value, I will definitely return for my other cars.

  I decided to try Valvoline after having a couple of bad experiences at Take 5. I was very pleased that I did. Payten and Sunny took care of things topside, and I believe Matthew was the one who guided us into the bay and then was under the truck. They were all very friendly and professional, and Payten even had to deal with a rather rude female customer who pulled into the bay next to me. He was professional and got the situation under control quickly and serviced her vehicle as well. I will definitely return to Valvoline instead of Take 5 in the future, for both of our vehicles.
