  Service was fast, efficient, and the staff were extremely helpful and super pleasant. They offered me services without oversell or pressure. I will definitely be using this location as the primary source for servicing my household’s vehicles.

  The team was very attentive and courteous throughout the entire oil change process. Great location and will continue to use for all of the oil changes on my cars.

  If the employees were more professional and knowledgeable instead of acting "ghetto" or unseemly, I think I would have had a better experience. They have to understand that the customer can hear them when they are speaking to each other or rapping to themselves. They also seemed to be checking off that they checked things but did not which concerns me. You have to make sure you remind them to check things like tire pressure. The oil change sticker machine was also broken, supposedly, which minimizes the experience. Very surprising seeing that this location is fairly new. In conclusion, I think the manager should work on training the employees on how to properly communicate with the customer. You have to be clear, concise, right tone and pitch. My opinion of course, but definitely need to have a look at your staff to make sure you are giving consistent customer service even on the slow days. Remember customers can see and hear everything. Don't haggle just inform and move forward. Always be honest and not just seem to want to meet a quota. Thanks.
