  I was made aware after the fact that the shop was broken into. I've been a customer for 3+ years & this was the worst. I had the oil changed on Tuesday on Thursday my car ran hot it none of what should have been checked to make sure was sufficient didn't happen. If everything was properly checked this would not have happened. Also didn't get tire rotation nor did I get any check to make sure there isn't any problems with my vehicle. In other words what normal with high mileage oil change did not happen

  The man at the front desk Great customer service, his name is Steve and he is the manager was fast friendly and did not pressure me to buy anything more than I needed just good service Go see them 😊

  Steven and his team worked excellently to make sure my car's alignment was right. They had it straight but something was still off. They went step by step checking all the parts I replaced, all had got little loose. Then even made sure the rest of the surrounding parts were secure. It all came together great in the end. The attention to details was appreciated. And Steven worked with me to get a price on tires so I could keep being satisfied here.

  Went here for a wheel alignment. I made an appointment over the phone for 10 AM but when I got there There was only one person working and they were waiting for “the mechanic” to show up. nearly 8 hours later I had to call them back to question if my vehicle was done. Their response was our Mechanic had to go do something and your vehicle might be done in 45 minutes.. 45 minutes later no call. when I finally decided to just show up my I still noticed something wrong when i drove away. I returned a couple of days later and explained what was still going on with my vehicle, even after an alignment. They claim that they do a test drive before and after they do alignment. They also claim to have raised the vehicle in the air. Come to find out my two back Tires are completely worn, ready to burst and needed to be replaced. I don't understand why i wouldn't be advised of this if they visually inspected my vehicle before and after the service. This could have turned into a dangerous situation for meor anyone on the freeway. I am not a mechanic and thus i was relying on them to tell me if there was something else needed besides just an alignment which was 136 dollars. They did give me a small discount but what was meant to be an hour long service took a whole 9 hours total. Definitely need more actual full time mechanics in this location.
