She explained once started on my car what was needed. And that made me very pleased. I have been taking my car back to the dealership for my oil changed for 14 years. I had to work today but I knew my tires needed to be balanced. I called and spoke with Amber. She came to my job and picked my car up for me and that's something she didn't have to do. Her and Black went and balanced my tires then brought me my car back. I'm very thankful for the kindness they showed to me as well as other customers. Keep up the great work that you guys are doing.
