It did take 3 appointments (3 days of my time) last year to get the correct windshield installed which was very frustrating- and this shop cancelling on me with less than an hours notice last week (when I was already on my way there at 6:30 in the morning) because of something that should have been known a week before when I made the appointment was very frustrating as well. But the real issue I think is Safelite's policy not to make local stores easily reachable by phone. I attempted to reach them multiple days before this appointment to ensure the correct windshield was there and was unable to get a phone number to contact them which would've saved all this trouble, wasted time, and frustration.
