After I bought the battery he went into the parking lot next door and got my car and jumped it off and brought it back to the shop. Then he put the new battery in for me and sent me off with a smile. It was a great experience and I can’t say enough about the service!

I knew I needed my front brakes replaced, too, but I just figured I would put it off for a little while longer. About a year ago, I got my rear brakes replaced by a mechanic for what I thought was an unbeatable price. When the Mavis staff brought it up to me that I needed my front brakes replaced, I told them I would just go to my other guy. That was until they offered me an actual unbeatable price. Then, I knew I couldn’t turn it down because there most likely wasn’t a better price out there. So, at Mavis I got affordable tires AND affordable brakes. Also, I brought my three year old, and they were very kid friendly. I would 10/10 recommend this place if you’re in need of new tires, or brakes, or even both.

I had an appointment originally for 5pm but due to needing an urgent tire repair they were able to accommodate me at 8AM with no problem. Stephen was super friendly as well and great with assisting/ answering any questions I had. The service did not take long and the entire team was friendly. Customer service is always great here. Ofc I’ll be back:)

He told me they could do this for us and that I could bring it now because they weren’t busy. We got there around 4. They got us in and out in less than an hour and the final price was less than what I was originally told. I was very pleased with the staff and the service I received. I will definitely recommend this location and come back for future car services! Great experience!
- BWBen WardNov 2, 20251.0I took my vehicle to the Two Notch location on 10/30 due to a nail in my rear tire. I received a call several hours later that my tire could not be repaired because the tread was too low. (The tires were only one year old, so this was very questionable). Additionally, the gentleman stated I needed new brakes, rotors and shocks. My simple tire repair has now took an unexpected expensive turn for the worse. What the gentleman did not do before calling me is checking their internal system. My brakes and rotors were replaced one year prior by National Battery and Tire before Mavis bought them out at the same location. So telling me that I need new brakes and rotors was a complete shock. He said he would call me back after talking with his manager after I mentioned this. Mavis called me back an hour later to tell me that the manager personally looked at my brakes/rotors and they were fine (well I know they are because they were just replaced!) The explanation I received was that they made a mistake recommending brake and rotor replacement. So for me all credibility is out the window for Mavis. Mistakes can definitely happen but this feels like they were trying to take to the bank. I’ll never go to another Mavis again. I went to a local reputable tire company on hardscrabble and they were able to make the repair on my flat tire ( my tread was fine which I know because the tires were brand new)…….GET A SECOND OPINION before trusting them to replace your brakes or tires
