Half way through our trip we noticed air pressure indicator going off. We pulled up to Mavis and took a shot on a tire repair. Jeff and Steven treated us like family. We were up and going in no time. Highly recommend!

Then I asked if it could be done today and they did it for less than anyone else. I appreciate everyone who worked on my car, it rides so much quieter and less bouncy. I will continue to bring my car for service to Mavis on Twoknotch Rd Columbia. Thanks again I will recommend you to anyone of my friends and colleagues 😊

But, once Mavis had my vehicle on the lift they noticed a second tire that had the wire showing. So, I ended up getting both tires replaced and if it wasn’t for Frost and his team the second tire would have blown out any day due to me not noticing the condition of it. Big thanks to Mavis two notch road

My tire pressure was going down and they found the nail in the tire to solve the issue. They also gave me a free inspection and let me be aware of a few other problems with my car. Got my tire plugged and my rotors / breaks changed now my car is good to get back on the road! Thanks to Jay, Marcus, Frost, Kyle & Steve ❤️
- AAAdam AraujoFeb 12, 20261.0The tech named Frost said that even though the screw was directly in the center of the tire, due to the screw being located on the tread depth indicator, I would have to replace the tire. I was going to replace the tire anyway, however the fact that he lied to me rubbed me the wrong way as I have worked at dealerships and repaired tires for years. Not only have I never heard that excuse before but there is not one tire manufacturer that has this listed or stated as a reason not to repair a tire. There is nothing online either regarding this. Also, I paid for an alignment amd never received alignment paperwork . I don't know if they did the alignment or not. I plan on calling into corporate. I have been coming here since they were National Tire and Batery and never received such a bogus excuse and flat out lie of. Reason to not patch a tire. Also the person told me the tire cost was $219.99, then this morning they said it was $234.99 per tire but online it is listed as $213.99 for the exact same tire geo located with the date and screenshot to prove it.
