Customer service sucks. They come in when they want. Beware of what time you book your appointment. They don’t open when they say they’re supposed to and if your appointment is early(8-9am) you will be waiting for them like I was.

I’ve been going here for a while. The past experiences weren’t so bad but today was. Two days prior to today’s visit my daughter took her car there for them to check her tire bc it was losing pressure. All they did was add air because cold weather can deflate tires. Today we go outside the tire is flat. So we put air in the tire me being a normal person not a TECHNICIAN decide to look and feel the tire. I found a nail. Why when the car was brought to Mavis the first time it wasn’t noticed. Why the second time oh you’re going to need a new tire and your warranty only covers a certain percentage. Why do I need a new tire? Because you drove on it with low pressure and it has a ring. If you hit a pot hole it will bust. $74.50 with warranty and them not giving good service on the first day. So thankful for EL General Tires on Parklane rd. Because no accountability was at Mavis on bluff rd
