Maybe it was just a bad day for him, but thankfully we stayed and ended up being helped by Andre instead. Andre and the two mechanics (didn’t get their names) were absolutely amazing! They were honest, patient, and professional from start to finish. They didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs or take advantage of the situation I was in. Instead, they explained everything clearly, diagnosed the real issues, and helped me prioritize what needed to be done first. I’m so grateful for their kindness and integrity. It completely turned our experience around and made this a 5 🌟 instead of a 1 🌟 review. Huge thanks to Andre and the mechanics for showing what great customer service really looks like!
