When I arrived, they made me wait almost 1 hour and 40 minutes, and right before closing they told me they wouldn’t be able to look at my car. Why did you take my key and drive the car into the shop, make me wait all that time, and then tell me you couldn’t check it? I don’t understand what kind of business that is.

I called Mavis , gave them the info and they said bring it in. Got there they were ready to work. I got my battery and an oil change in less than an hour. Immaculate customer service from the time I entered to time I drove out the lot. I will be a repeat customer and have family and friends do the same.
