  When I first pulled up to Jts I was very worried and stressed about my situation and not having enough for a down payment. Hermajesty literally worked her thing and did whatever she could for. To say that I’m grateful for her is an understatement. All the men were ready at the door but know when you step in those doors know Hermajesty is going to get you the best deals! So excited about my new ride. She was also very thorough and explained all the details and features of the car. #kiagal🩷🩷

  I am pleased to say that Hermajesty gave me an amazing experience!!! From start to finish, everything was fast, smooth, and seamless. The customer service was top-tier, and the team made me feel comfortable every step of the way. No stress, no pressure . . just great energy and professionalism. Driving off in a brand new car felt incredible, and they made the entire process just as exciting as the moment itself. The first car I ever purchased brand new with a very reasonable rate.   Purchased a vehicle from these people have been nothing but a nightmare countless times in for a technician that doesn't know what there doing 3 times for brakes now Im stuck without a vehicle to use for work . Finally they send to chevy and they tell me there so behind they dont even know when theyll be able to service my truck. Those free oil changes mean nothing when you are missing work for there stupidly. I wouldn't return for a simple oil change . Wish I could could leave zero star exactly what they deserve a zero not to mention dropped my truck off at 10 am they just took my truck to get looked at 3:30 pm absolutely not a care for the customer . Wish I would have took my business elsewhere. Thanks for sucking at customer service

  Omg I’m in happy tears, the whole experience was wonderful down to the dealership itself , but my sales rep Hermajesty puts the cherry on top of it all, she asked me what i was looking for and i gave the description and what i mainly would need my car for and she under found just what i was looking for, whole experience was wonderful and definitely done in lighting speed, if looking for a car this is the place and she is the sales person to get t he job done…Thank u JT kia and especially Hermajesty

  I went to the Kia dealership on Killian rd. on February 17th 2026, to just look and of course I ended up buying a 2026 Kia Seltos LX.😜😂 From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by a salesman named Chris T. And actually he ended up being my salesman. I can not say enough good things about Chris T. and the manager that was there that morning, Michael C. They both were amazing and patient with me and my many questions. Never once I felt like I was annoying them or felt pressured to buy. They both were so friendly and professional. And also the rest of the staff were all amazing. I would definitely be more than happy to do business with them again in the future. If you are thinking about buying a Kia vehicle please give them a try, you will not be dissapointed.
