  BEWARE. This coming from a former dealer for a reputable franchise. Purchased a vehicle I was told went through a safety inspection and by state laws was deemed roadworthy by their service department. Upon test drive it pulled to the left and steering wheel was crooked to the right slightly. Let them know I wanted this fixed, service department said it needed alignment and they would charge me for it. Absolutely ridiculous seeing as I mentioned it on the test drive but I had to drive 500+ miles back to MD for a family emergency and didn't have time to go to my shop. Upon picking up the vehicle the next day after an alignment was supposedly done it still pulled left/wheel crooked to the right. After driving a few miles I brought it back to have it fixed and now they say "it could be anything" causing that. If it was inspected and then an alignment done then they would know what that "anything" was. Took it to my shop and not only were the shocks and struts bad on the front end but the rear sway bar links were bad on the rear, this car was not safe to drive according to my mechanic. My mechanic also told me anyone actually servicing the vehicle would see that was all wrong and know that an alignment would do no good with all of the other suspension issues it had. Have called repeatedly for a refund on alignment and an apology to which I got neither, they won't even return a call. Reporting it as fraud and have had the car serviced by a reputable service shop, $1000 later this car is finally safe to drive. Also the windshield wipers & spray do not work, this vehicle wasn't even close to roadworthy and would of never been on the lot yet alone sold to a customer like this when I worked for a reputable dealer in the past. Avoid this place, they do not service the cars, they are not safe for the road and will lie, cheat and do anything to get a sale. Reply to owner. The car has 52k miles, let's not pretend it was a high mileage/old car. Again having sold for one of the most reputable dealers in the country I know first hand that you have a responsibility to follow state laws and sell road worthy vehicles and that a safety inspection should involve a basic suspension check. My mechanic let me underneath the vehicles on his lift and said there is no chance your service team missed that the shocks and struts were blown on the front end and that rear sway bar links were destroyed on the rear end and on top of that any service person would know applying an alignment when all of the above are visually bad would be a waste of time and money. Do better, you're selling unsafe vehicles and endangering lives of everyone on the road!!!!

  Chris, in service and parts, was terrific! He calmed me down and got my issue fixed. I was visiting from out of town frantic and panicked. Thanks to Chris I was still able to make it to my homecoming game (BC BC) and make it back home to Bama safely.

  These people are ruthless. My husband bought a used car. Has driven maybe 150 miles. Has had to put 2,600.00 in repairs. Now the mechanic says Pistons are misfiring. It is missing wires all over the manifold. There is also a lot of knocking noise coming from the right front tire. The car CAN NOT BE DRIVEN!! The salesman said too bad. They don't inspect the used cars. It cranked, runs and stops is all they do. My husband is out of alot if money and they don't care! I wouldn't even except a car from them if it was free. All of FB know about this too!! People are sharing it too.

  We found a few cars on their simple to navigate, website. I filled an online inquiry and within 10min received a call. Internet sales listened to understand my needs and then made necessary arrangements for me to visit. Sales team were super friendly and not pushy at all. They listened and provided guidance. Finance team and everyone part of the JTs team were incredible, making the buying experience the joy it should be.

  Came in for a recall fix. Told it would take about an hour, kinda figured this is a generic response, ok, good. After an hour goes by,he comes to get me from the waiting area,told me my car was being brought around. "Not Bad", I say. His response...the part to fix the recall was not in, I'll have to order it, shouldn't take more than a couple days.l'll call you. Here we are 5 days later no call, will have to miss work again, I guess, if the call ever comes. Why if the part wasn't there did he have me sit for an hour thinking the car is being repaired. This wasn't a check my car visit, it is a required by law repair for the dangerous situation I'm in with my 2013 Kia Soul. Shouldn't have had to sit for an hour if the part wasn't there. JT ought to work on his customer service the way he works on his commercials.
