I highly recommend that if you body work done after an accident go to the one on 904 Gracern Road in Columbia sc. The staff Keeps you up to date on everything.

This was the at faults insurance company’s preferred body shop and the told me I’d have to pay out of pocket to take it elsewhere.the door paneling on the interior was one of my complaints the third time and they didn’t address the issue. They lost my rubber piece that goes in the door and seams are still not fitted right. There’s a noticeable dent on the driver door after picking it up the the third time also a piece of dirt trapped under the paint that wasn’t there before. I definitely did not get my car back to pre accident condition. I’m writing this review to save someone the hassle of using this location and going through what I went through. It seems they only care about making sure the insurance company comes out the best. I will escalate this further.
