I had to repeatedly call for updates, as I was not proactively informed about the status of my vehicle. Although I advised from the start that the damage was accident-related, I was told it involved unrelated mechanical issues. It was later determined the actual problem was a damaged O2 sensor caused by the impact underneath my vehicle. Because this was not identified initially, I now have to file a supplemental claim for repairs that should have been handled during the original repair, resulting in unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
