  Most of these reviews are not real. Not after the experience I’ve had. If I could rate Zero stars I would. This place has been the worse business experience I’ve ever had in my 26 years of living. The workers have had my car sitting for 3 weeks for a minor bumper fix on passenger side. They said this kind of job takes 5-7 business days but in my case it’s been 21 days and counting. They only have one painter. My bumper sat there due to that and the painter was on weeks long vacation with no backup to keep workflow going as usual. I am on last chance before my school drops me from the program due to too many consecutive missed days. So this is also hurting me academically. I’m a 2x deans list student. This is also interfering with my health as I cannot make it to appointments and have to keep pushing them back every week. They are also working on parts that had nothing to do with the damage I received in accident which adds more work time, more money, and a longer finish date. I told them multiple times to not do anything extra but they did it anyways and billed my insurance company. I know it’s not my money but if they will do it to GEICO Theo will definitely do it to you. I’m not a bitter customer because I tried giving the grace but after all the lies and false updates reports I had to come and leave a review of what it is really like using them to fix your vehicle. Please do not waste your time with this place. It’s best to shop around before just going somewhere because they are the biggest business in the area. One thing I’ve learned in life is smaller companies take care of customers better because they tend to get less business so every customer is very appreciated to them. With big business they just don’t care about our experience. GERBER COLLISION IS MUCH BETTER. My friend took his brand new 2025 truck there and he had more damage from an accident he had a while back and they got him back on the road in 8 days. He took his car 2 days after me. Which makes me even more upset. But if you want good business and results definitely go GERBER.
