    Don’t ever take your vehicle to get serviced at this dealership they are very unethical and unprofessional . I have taken my Escalade to get serviced 6-7 times since 2020. They never told me I needed a software update that can only be done at the dealership. Apparently I needed to tell them I need a software update that I knew nothing about. The knew I needed a software update based on bulletin from GM..but failed to advise me. Now it’s out of warranty and they charged me over $430 to do this. The service manager told me that’s just the way it works. If you want your vehicle fixed you need to pay. They really need to find a service manager who has some customer service skills. His response was you need to tell us to update the software when how do I tell you if I don’t know he actually shrugs his shoulders. He said not our job to tell you you need to tell us. How does this even make sense. WARNING STAY AWAY so disappointed in his response. Will never go back again.

    Was trying to Purchase a 2017 Cadillac from Jim Hudson Dealership I was texting back and forth with the Salesman,I ask for the out the door full price,I was ok with the price,I wanted him to send me a couple of pictures that I had a concerns about! Haven’t heard a thing back until today 7 days later This is not Acceptable for Big Time Dealer to not respond back He ask if I was still interested in a vehicle Undoubtedly he is not interested in my business Only reason I ask for some updated pictures is because I’m 2 hrs away , Very Disappointed in this Dealership I’m moving on a different route

    This dealership is on it! Very impressed with the level of effort. Especially for a used vehicle. I get how the process works for used cars and this dealership goes above and beyond!! not trying to truck had some unforseen things pop up on its 6hr drive home, called BOBBY and boom handled. Sent a tow truck to get it. And I’ll update when it’s fixed as this is an active testimonial. This level of service for a used car that was probably a trade in and not certified is wild. (It’s a specialty suv tho) . Worth the drive. Worth giving your money to this place. ASK FOR BOBBY!!!

    Very rude operator. She was literally silent waiting for me to speak again because I was persistent in trying to get help to get me and my family off the side of the road and brought in for a warranty repair. On a $120,000 vehicle you expect to be taken care of. Not at Jim Hudson, they prioritize customer pay jobs over warranty repairs and told me we would have to pay for a rental for a month before they could look at it. Go to Hilton Head Cadillac. Friendly and accommodating.

    I just wanted everyone in Columbia SC to know that there is a salesman, by the name of Jay Miner at Jim Hudson Cadillac Dealership off Killian Rd. He is best salesman I have ever spoke to. I haven’t been paid to say this, and I don’t know him. My husband is the mood for a GMC Denali truck. So we drove up on the lot and no one approached him, even though there were about 3 or 4 salesmen gathered in the front, but Jay did. He is so friendly, knowledgeable and just a walking owners manual. He made me want to buy this truck on the spot. But we never buy on impulse. The truck has everything we need for everyday and traveling. He knew the answer to everything. He wasn’t pushy, even when he knew we were not looking to buy today, he remained the same. He even answered my silly wife questions pertaining to the truck. He didn’t rush us off. We will definitely be back to see him to buy this truck. Thank you Jay, and may God keep you awesome.
