The Appointment time date/ time was good, didn’t have to wait long. Details Information about my car and its care was very good.it makes you feel safe to know that your car. Are being taking care of and getting good service for you to travel. Over all everything was great .

Had a scheduled appointment and the customer service could be more welcoming. Two individuals motioning me in to work on the vehicle who will be sitting in and using my truck began to gossip and proceed to use profanity laced comments in front of me before I had the chance to be addressed and helped. The waiting room is exceptional and the dealership is gorgeous.
An addendum to this review. I was told that the oil change would take one hour and I was in the absolutely stellar waiting room for two hours. I did notice the vehicle was finished but nobody checked in to let me know the job was done. I do understand the world has bigger problems than my petty grievances, but sometimes it is nice to be seen as a customer.

Today I went to get my oil changed at Jim Hudson Cadillac and my service manager was Samantha Inglis. I went back to the dealership to pick up my bc at and her co-worker that sits next to her surprised me with something Samantha did. Her co-worker let me know that Ms. Samantha had replaced my key remote cover and it was much needed because I had it held together by tape.
I was so surprised by her generosity because it was unexpected and something I needed. I want to leave a 5 star review for Ms. Samantha because she is a great service manager and she always go above and beyond for her customers. She didn’t had to replace my cover for my remote key but she did and I greatly appreciate what she done! Samantha keep doing what you are doing, you are the BEST!

I brought our (almost) 1 year old Cadillac CT5 in for it's first servicing. Care Care Oil Change, Tire Rotation, etc, also needed edge guards to be replaced, had a tire leak concern, and MVP Inspection - I waited 4 hours for the work to be completed. In follow up the tire was found to be fine , I was told that all of the other services were provided. I found that none of the tires were properly inflated to the poundage noted on the vehicle panel recomendations, the edge guards were nicely replaced and the vehicle was washed. The Reception/Service Staff did visit me often with updates and apolguised for the delays. I also found all of my dashboard settings changed. We have had one of your cadillac's for the last 8 years and we have been satisfied with Service provided to each vehicle during the initial warranty period and this service visit was barely average. Disappointed
