We saw a vehicle online, called since we live 2 hours away. The lady on the phone very helpful. When we arrived, we were noticed right away and they had the vehicle pulled to the front. We spoke with 2 sales people both very very nice and helpful. We like that we didn’t have the impress of competition of the sales reps, they respected each other. We loved that the test drive was a good distance vs just around the block. We did like that they offered options of financing even though we already had everything lined up before we went. Over all we would go back again and recommend to anyone to purchase a vehicle. They did detail the vehicle and filled it with gas before we left the lot. They were up front and honest about any issues or minor damage that were on their vehicles, everything was transparent for us.

The service is absolutely awful every time I come in to get my service there is always an issue. Last time they changed my air filter and in the process breaks my glove box which cost my another 70 dollars for the part to fix it myself. Then this time they rotated my tires then tell me my tps is not working because of bad sensors which were working just fine right before my vehicle went to the back. Then proceed to tell me I need to make another appointment to get them replaced. Which I'm sure that either nothing is wrong with them or they cause the issue and instead of fixing it they act like there was already a problem which I know for a fact there wasn't one. Then today I go in today for a appraisal and was low balled and was told there was a problem with my front end and work would have to be done on it. Which was funny the look on the salesman face when I told him that I just came in for service last week. He said you just got the oil change or something I said yeah and my 120,000 mile service and was told nothing about front end issues. So yeah that's funny. Seems to me Jim Hudson promotes dishonesty and at this point I will be finding another service center and dealership for my business.
