However, none of these services were actually completed or communicated to me. Additionally, there was a minor leaking listed as a service comment, but I wasn’t informed about it either. When I asked to have the oil drained from the bottom, which I prefer, the technician said she couldn’t do it without her manager’s permission. I asked for a manager, and she later revealed that she was the manager. .I’ve been bringing my car here for oil changes for at least five months, and I’ve never had any other problems. But this time, I was informed that my car had no skid plate to protect the parts. I assume they took it and forgot to put it back. I used to like and trust this place, but this experience has completely changed my mind. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
