Had a leak somewhere that leaked all over the engine. the technician helped pin it down and he said he cleaned it for me which was awesome. he was great to talk to and so was the lady that helped me this day, she was the super professional. Told me what I needed but didn’t strong arm me. Very fair pricing. She was awesome, got a great vibe here and I’ll be back in 5k miles for sure. Maybe sooner

While on my way home someone gets my attention to tell me I have sparks coming from the bottom of my car then I start hear something scrapping. I pulled over immediately and had to get it towed to avoid further damage to my new car. Contacted Jiffy Lube manager Friday and gave them the day to fix the issue. They have yet to tell me when they're going to fix my car. It took them less than an hour to mess my car up but now I feel like I'm being ignored to get it fixed. I try to contact the customer service line and guess what no luck there. Also asked for their district managers number or atleast corporate and they won't give me the numbers. DON'T GO HERE!!!! DEFINITELY NOT WITH A NEW CAR.
