  Mrs. Kathy did a great job! I cant believe at her age she was doing it all right by herself, she was very professional. I believe that its extremely dangerous for the company to allow her to work by herself. If she got hurt and her being all alone ,no one would notice for quite some time. The company should do better and not allow a woman or a man to work in a garage by themselves for security and safety purposes.

  Around 8:50am,Oct. 18th, I called ahead to inquire about rates/pricing, the female representative was informative and stated there were no vehicles at that time, she seemed distant. I proceeded to the location, arriving shortly after 9a, I was greeted by a technician in a friendly manor however he didn't seem to be a morning person...taking into consideration the phone conversation and the down spirit of the technician, I decided to go elsewhere.......perhaps another day and later in the day

  Please do not take your car to this place. I was in town from Raleigh to visit my son at USC and needed an oil change so I came to the closest Jiffy Lube, since my car is a company car and on a fleet program with Jiffy Lube. When I started to leave for home the next day, my car begin running hot, with messages stating there was no oil in the car. I quickly headed back to Jiffy Lube, since the website said it was open at 10 on Sunday. Unfortunately, no one was there, though there was a line of people waiting. Luckily, Take 5 was open down the street and they were happy to take care of me and not even charge for fixing the mistake of Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube had forgotten to replace my oil cap, causing oil to spill out, all over my engine and all the sensors in the car. On top of making the horrible error with my oil cap, it was also extremely slow, with only one individual working, it took over an hour and it was not even busy at all. This shop is old and run down, not matching the pictures that are posted on Google. Please go to any other oil change place instead.

  One person working and I’m not sure why they changed the oil filter last. They did not even check my air filters.

  Today I had the worst experience getting a oil change I called Jiffy Lube Devine st the day prior asking for a price on a V6 Chevy Camero and was told from a lady it would be $49.95.Being on limited funds this month I thought that I could manage that price so I took my car there and noticed they has no customers having maintenance on vehicles.I was told to pull in the bay and then asked what I needed.I said to the young kid I was told yesterday over the phone the price of $49.95 for the oil change they had me lift the hood and started changing the oil.When they finished I was asked to go inside with the kid that worked on my oil change he then tells me my price is $100.00.I'm shocked and then say oh no it isn't I was told $49.95 he look back into the office and the lady that spoke to me yesterday said I said it starts at that price.I started bickering with her about this and then she tells him to credit me $26.00.I went to pay with cash and now told they don't take cash.I said thats what I have so she walks across the street to a pharmacy to get me change from $80.00 she returns and hands me $3.00.I'm like you owe me $6.00 my cost was $74.00 she says there's a fee for using cash I have no more cash to give you back we don't carry cash here! This place is a fraud and needs to be closed down I see the reason noone was there having service on vehicles.The reason I went there is I haven't had the funds this month due to other expenses I normally use Express Oil on Gardners Ferry they email me coupons apparently I should have just gone to Express! Never never again people stay away from Jiffy Lube maybe when they have no business they'll close the doors!
