Jimmy M. and Christian S. are both great at what they do and they are both friendly! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in and every service I received was explained to me. I only had one vehicle ahead of me in line so I opted to wait. Wait indeed I did! I sat in my car for 30 minutes until my car was taken in. I watched through the window as four employees stood around talking to each other as opposed to working on my car. When I inquired to the lady manager on duty,she was unapologetic and in fact played the blame game in an rude tone that it was my decision to wait. In the past,I have been in and out in 30 minutes. The lady manager had no clue in how to reign in her employees. What ever happened to the "customer comes first?" The franchise owner NEEDS to go to this location and CLEAN HOUSE and hire a manager that KNOWS how to manage and hire employees that have good work ethics if that still exists anymore! In the future,I'll go out of my way to avoid this location and find another oil change business that treats their customers with respect and dignity. If it wasn't for the customer,these employees wouldn't have work! Please join me with NOT giving this business your time and hard earned money! I was charged $261.00 for WAY overpriced products that I could have purchased at Auto Zone for half the price. The lady manager didn't even thank me for my business. She has got to GO!
