- HTHines TFeb 6, 20261.0Was out of town having trouble with my system. Intoxalock sent me to this dealer. They knew I was on the way and when we arrived the technician told us he didn't have time to look at it until next day. Joke. Went to another intoxalock center in Arden, NC and they fixed problem in 5 minutes. That's my mechanic alright. To busy to even look at the problem knowing I couldn't do it myself because it would be considered tampering with device. Two thumbs down for that's my mechanic!!
