- SSSophia S6 days ago4.0appt. was to drop off vehicle ~3 weeks following my initial collision. In those three weeks, i received a handful of automated texts that my scheduled drop off date and/or time had changed/that my drop off appointment was fully cancelled. I called each time asking why it was changed and was told I still had my initial appointment, which was odd. then I was called the week of asking to change my drop off time, which I obliged to. Just a lot of strange communication on the front end that should have been avoided/seemed unnecessary. Everyone was super polite though and seemed just as confused as I was. Car was ready early although one of the taillights they replaced had condensation in it when I picked up the car. So, I had to return again (this collision center is not close to my house unfortunately) to get the taillight replaced after a new part came in. everyone I interacted with was SO sweet and nice, but seems like their computer system/quality control could use some work. for reference I drive a newer Hyundai accent.

- APAudra PadgettSep 10, 20251.0They do NOT even deserve this 1 star. Took my vehicle in 8/25/25 to have a claim done. Here it is 9/10/25 and still nothing sent to the insurance company. They told the insurance company that it's at their shop when in fact it's in my yard because they took a couple of photos and sent it home with a busted windshield. I have called my insurance claims department several times to be told that Gerber told them they would expedite the requested information but as of today still nothing received from them. I know I'm just 1 person but I wouldn't take another vehicle to their shop!!
