- KWK W.Dec 24, 20255.0My first visit here- Jeff and Anna were amazing from the time I walked in until I walked out. If you need a body shop go see them they are amazing. Very nice and friendly staff. Adding on to my first review.... today 12/30 was my second visit here an Mrs. Jennifer and Zack was amazing. I'll tell you what if I ever need a body shop again this would be my go to..... smiling faces and very kind people.

Jennifer was amazing from the initial phone call this week to explaining the process today. Forgive me but I can't remember the gentleman that came out to take a look at the car but he too was amazing. We were there to get an estimate to fix the issue and sent by the warranty company. He took the car in the back and returned in less than 15 minutes. The issue was fixed and he declined to file a claim with the warranty co. I promise if you go to Gerber you won't be disappointed. - MPMiss PassionOct 10, 20251.0What the heck is wrong with these people? Put my car in for work and they BROKE THE WINDSHIELD, so my pick up date got pushed back. Then, they had to wait for a new windshield and install it. ONE EXTRA WEEK of not having my car. No effort to compensate me for a week’s worth of uber or a rental. AN EXTRA WEEK and it was there for something unrelated. I won’t ever be coming back or recommending this place to anyone I know. This was a huge inconvenience and they never tried to make it right. Terrible communication and absolutely unprofessional.
