- MBM BDec 30, 20251.0I have used this place in the past and had good experiences. Today was definitely not a good experience. 2 bay were full so I pulled I behind an Audi being serviced. Another gentleman pulled into my left shortly after I arrived. 20 to 30 minutes another customer pulled in behind the gentleman to my left. Shortly after a guy comes out and waves the last person in line to an open bay. Shortly after the gentleman to my left gets pulled in. The whole time this Audi hasn’t moved. I back up to get in line where the guy to my left was and they come out to ask what I’m doing. I’m like I’ve been here an hour and still haven’t been serviced. After another 10 minutes I decided to go to Valvoline down the street where there wasnt a wait.
