I returned to Express Oil to discuss this, and the front desk worker was very nice. However, another worker who had worked on my car the day prior overheard the conversation and became very defensive and rude. He "talked to his manager" and told me they would review video footage and promised to call me with their assessment of whether there was any wrongdoing to determine if refund was appropriate. I never received a call, and this was weeks ago.

I needed a headlamp replaced and it was a challenging job as the space to get to the headlight was very tight. Trevale and Drew had to do all kinds of maneuvers to take the old lamp out and put the new one in. I liked watching them tackle the challenge with can do attitudes. And to top it off, they were not only professional, but kind individuals. I would highly recommend Express Oil Change on Garner's Ferry Road.
