- BTBriana TheBeautyGuru1 day ago5.0I had Adam , price for my car for an oil change was roughly around 110.00 that was quoted after tax Adam was able to work his magic with discounts and ended up paying 75$ , saved my pocket a lot I’m sitting here waiting for him to finish now I’ll keep you guys updated on how the vehicle runs after , but so far customer service was great and he explained everything very well and answered all of my questions . Thanks ADAM ! 🥰
- VBvalerie boyce2 days ago5.0Donny is very knowledgeable regarding vehicle maintenance. He explains what needs to be done and more importantly why it needs to be fixed. Donny is focused on the safety of the vehicle’s function so the vehicle’s operator will remain safe . Never did I feel he was up-selling or pressuring me to purchase extra things. I felt he was honest and direct. I appreciated that he gave his opinion when I asked him about a service or product. Express Oil Change/Tire Engineers should consider a substantial raise for Donny. I have been to many garages in my life, and Donny is very friendly, knowledgeable & easy to talk to about my vehicle. I have been using Express Oil Change for 15 ( maybe more). All of the Engineers from oil changes to mechanical repairs are very good. Everyone deserves a raise. Thank you Donny for your attention to my vehicle, Regards Valerie Boyce
