    Vehicles are smoked in and still rented out. I had to deal with a F250 that smelled like smoke for a weekend because I didnt have any other choice. Then when I returned the rental it was acknowledged the rental smelled like smoke and they attempted to remedy it prior to my reservation but it clearly failed. Didn't get offered any compensation whatsoever for having a dirty and smokey vehicle throughout my reservation. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.

    The ‘26 F250 4 door pickup gas engine had plenty of torque and performed excellent.

    Currently at this place to pick up the van we RESERVED! And it's not here!! What the heck good is a reservation if you can't stick with it?? Why on earth would you rent the van to someone else and expect them to return it 30 min before someone else is to pick it up??? I made this reservation months ago! Then we were told that one van was having the brakes worked on and as we were told, "I put a fire under them to get it done". Well I called that place and was told they were short handed so they didn't know when it would be done! So these people are not only unprofessional and incompetent, but they are liars!! We witnessed other people coming in, being told their reservation wasn't available, then being told someone tried calling them and the call was never received. I think that is a standard lie for enterprise in general because that's happened to us with a car rental. I would NEVER recommend this place! Maybe they should change their name to EnterLIES.
