Very bad experience with customer service , it was so rude disconnecting the call multiple calls. The customer service call on 11/14/2025 - 3.20 pm.
Managers - Please train your team how to talk politely to customer when requested for more info.

Very courteous team! At first I was not happy because I reserved a vehicle over the phone, then made it through heavy traffic just in time only to be told by the in-store staff that they do not have any cars available for me. HOWEVER, the store is led by Ms. Melanie who was very attentive and made great effort to listen and make it happen! They were able to honor my reservation and get me in a rental… Even after closing time! They even gave me a courtesy ride to a drop-off location near the store after I returned the vehicle! I am very appreciative of this! Thanks to Ms. Melanie and her team!

This was my worst experience with Enterprise to date. I normally rent from the airport, and after today, I will make sure to continue that trend. I reserved a car on the website, and when I arrived, I was told there was no car available. The girl at the counter casually tells me, "I tried to call you..." but I had no missed call nor voicemail from anyone. She then tells me the soonest they can get me anything, would "maybe" be 3pm the next day but was unable to confirm if I'd be able to get the actual vehicle I reserved or not. I explained that I had already spent my money Ubering there to pick up the car, so I didn't have a way to get anywhere else. I even asked if there was any way a staff could take me to another Enterprise location nearby. I found the entire staff to be unhelpful, uncaring, and very nonchalant when it comes to their jobs. They were all lacking in professionalism and customer service.
