  No complaints. All of the staff at the location were friendly, knowledgeable and courtesy. Dallas is an amazing team member and an asset to your corporation!

  I had a reservation before 2 PM, an employee was holding the door for other people then locked the door. When I went to the door I waved to him and he ignored me so I waited a bit then I went to sit back in my car. He later unlocked the door to let people out and even let someone else in, but locked it again as I was walking up. I was left standing outside waiting with no explanation. As I was standing outside, a lady came from around the building and when I spoke to another employee about it, she just told me to reschedule instead of helping. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. A very disappointing experience.

  Recently booked a weekend trip,girls only. I actually purchased the "Extra Insurance" for some reason I almost opted out. Unfortunately I was in a fender bender .Minor damage to rental the car I was in but I hit an Alpha Romeo? Im stressing out at this point. Called Enterprise right after 911. Easy drop off. They will handle claims themselves. Because I paid extra for Damage coverage. Worth it!!!! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Most of us have unexpected accidents. This time it happened to me. My shock was overwhelming. I rented a vehicle at Enterprise— at first, there were bigger vehicles and I didn’t feel comfortable. The staff there were excellent, CJ— finding me a Sudan car, a Toyota LE, for my comfort in driving. Sniyah, CJ both were outstanding superb people. My transition went smoothly. They both take their time in explaining all the details, which made me feel at ease. I give 10/10 to this facility at 10249 Two Notch, they were awesome! The entire staff is friendly and waiting to help out as soon as you enter. I will definitely go back for future rental of a vehicle!

  2 Notch. First vehicle I was given smelled like weed, had tire pressure issues and lights on the dashboard constantly. The car would shake while driving and felt overall unsafe. I am military and the smell was so strong my coworkers would say something when I came into work. I was inconvenienced 2 days to take the car to Mavis. Enterprise finally switched me out of the car I turned the second rental in early because the tire pressure started warning me on that one also. Then to make matters worse, I signed to have extra insurance for the first 3-4 days. The extra insurance was to end on the 15th on the 1st vehicle. Instead I was charged insurance coverage for a full 8 days. I called to speak about this and enterprise said I was supposed to bring the vehicle back in to stop the extra insurance. Well the vehicle was brought in because I switched to a second vehicle. Then the lady on the phone put me on hold, hung up. Would not pick up again. This was horrible and unnecessary added stress.
