    I scheduled a rental for a SUV earlier this week. I was told to come in at 8:30 this morning but received a call to come in at 9 because no one returned rentals as planned. I got there at 9 and still no SUVs or anything close to one other than a minivan. I waited almost two hours and ended up leaving without a rental car for the weekend from this location. They tried to offer me a RAV4 and a Dodge Ram but I preferred the SUV. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service.

    “This dealership mishandled me in one of the most unprofessional ways I’ve ever experienced. They kept me in limbo for TWO full days, asking for documents and giving me false hope, without ever once following up. Not one call. Not one text. I had to keep chasing them for answers, only to finally be told no. It started with Jermaine — he took my information, then disappeared without letting me know he wasn’t even working the next day. Then I was passed to Brian, who kept asking for more and more documentation. Not once did he tell me there was an issue. In fact, he asked if I could come two hours to Columbia, giving me the impression everything was approved. Finally, when I pushed for answers, I got Tanisha, the manager. Instead of accountability, she brushed me off with a nonchalant ‘we’re busy helping everyone else.’ That’s not an excuse — that’s neglect. Transportation is a delicate, urgent matter. It’s not something you dangle over someone’s head for two days. It should never have taken two days to be told no. As a dealership, they should have known sooner and been honest. The fact that every single person handled it the same careless way tells me this is bigger than one employee — it’s a leadership failure. I was left humiliated, strung along, and disregarded. This experience was cruel, mishandled, and deeply unprofessional. People deserve honesty, respect, and clear communication, not to be treated like their time, money, and livelihood don’t matter. 👉🏽 If you value your time and dignity, go elsewhere.”
