    Never answers my calls. Hardly ever available to handle the needs of their customers. The management has got to step up their game. I do not recommend this place

    I had an insurance rental. The store opened at 11:00 a.m. and I began calling at that time. It takes an hour to get there and I left my house approximately 11:30 am still on the phone. The phone rang the total way there. No one ever picked up. I arrived and there was no cars available. The clerk told me there were only two of them there and they could not pick up ....for an hour and a half?????? That could have been resolved with the phone call. Very disappointed and disillusioned that someone could not pick up a phone for a 2-second conversation. If that is not horrible customer service, I don't know what is.
