    I have had a few incidents which resulted in me needing a rental car and I have used this Enterprise location every time and they always are on point with everything. Got me into a car within 10 minutes. I never have any issues and recommend this place to any and every one.

    The customer service at this location is frustrating to say the least. I've been promised things that have not happened and I've called and called and called just to sit on hold for 20 to 30 minutes at a time, just to walk in and see employees laughing and playing around or on their personal phones. I would drive out of my way to avoid doing business at this location.

    The information that they give is incorrect I purchased a jeep from there and had to go back to them to get them to fix the issues that the jeep had like the donut that they had in the back of the jeep was bald so they had to replace it. The tires on the truck had to be replaced and I needed a tire sensor for the pressure of the tires that was the first bad experience I’ve had with them and then when it comes to helping the customers they’re all over the place I’ve spoken to I don’t know how many different people after gotten an approval for a new vehicle just to find out. I was lied to then when I tried to get down to the bottom of it, they gave me the runaround, and the manager called me saying that they closed out my case because I told them that I was gonna write a review so they just stop helping me altogether, which is kind of ridiculous. What kind of scams are y’all doing here at enterprise?
