When I first went in to pick up my rental set up by Geico (got hit and my cars in the shop) the manager was nice, but he gave me a car that had what smelled to be blunt away sprayed in it so badly that me and my kids started getting headaches. I tried to tough it out but when my kids started complaining I decided not to. So I called and someone filling in answered and said I could come switch it out. So I went back to switch it out and the manager was back, he told me go smell this car and see if it’s okay, so I went to smell it and it was fine. When he got it switched over he handed me the keys and when I went to get in I actually looked around and it was filthy. Stuff splattered all over the seats and inside of car, different substances. So I called him over to look and he said he’d go clean it. He was back within 5 minutes and asked me to come look. It was still filthy so I said that and he goes “what are you seeing” and I pointed out not even half of it and said “do I have to do your job for you? If you look you can see” and he goes “it’s a rental what do you expect” and I said “I expect the same cleanliness as I got at other enterprise locations.” So he took it and “cleaned it again” by that time I was on the phone with enterprise on West Main who agreed with me that both cars were unacceptable and if I brought it to them they would switch it for a vehicle that was up to standard and that’s exactly what they did. Gave me a SPOTLESS rental and was very very kind and sweet. Do NOT use this location, go to west main or sunset in Lexington and save yourself the headache.

Mr. Drae Bracey, the branch manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was completely satisfied with my rental. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care these days — thank you, Mr. Bracey, and the whole Enterprise team for an excellent experience! Highly recommend this location.
