We recently rented a vehicle and we had to run it through a car wash and clean the windows. The car wasn't cleaned well. And an employee left their phone in the car! We found it as we were packing for the trip! Worst experience yet.

It appeared to have old coffee stained inside the cup holder and it apparently had been there for days (I tried to wipe it out with cleaning wipes and it was stuck, disgusting) and there was old food on the steering wheel and in the cup holder in front. I had to wipe down everything in the front to feel comfy with driving the vehicle because that was nasty. The vehicle also smelled like someone had been smoking in it which made my allergies flare up. The vehicle was just sprayed down with water and not washed so the external windows were dirty and truck. I had to get this vehicle for work travel. Erin was very pleasant and extremely customer service oriented.
