It appeared to have old coffee stained inside the cup holder and it apparently had been there for days (I tried to wipe it out with cleaning wipes and it was stuck, disgusting) and there was old food on the steering wheel and in the cup holder in front. I had to wipe down everything in the front to feel comfy with driving the vehicle because that was nasty. The vehicle also smelled like someone had been smoking in it which made my allergies flare up. The vehicle was just sprayed down with water and not washed so the external windows were dirty and truck. I had to get this vehicle for work travel. Erin was very pleasant and extremely customer service oriented.

They answered all my questions as this was my first experience with them. When I had concerns they explained everything in a way I could understand as I was in a newer model vehicle that I wasn’t used to. They didn’t have what I needed but upgraded me for free until I was able to get into a vehicle that my insurance would cover. They had smiles at all times even though I know they had to deal with a lot, as being in customer service isn’t always great. They never let it show and always gave it their best! I will most definitely be using this location in the future! Great job ladies! You really are the best! This was the location on Two Notch Road, near Polo Road next to the Firestone.
