  Using the app for the first time, I made a reservation seamlessly at a convenient location. On arrival, Ariel quickly got us to a super nice Honda minivan. We had planned to return it to that location, but plans changed and we were able to drop it several hundred miles away for a very reasonable fee. That saved us several hours the next day and my wife a long drive home. Fast, friendly and efficient service. I will certainly use Enterprise anytime I need a rental car.

  Everything was great...the service, the ease of making reservations, and the affordable cost. I have tried several other rental companies years ago but none could match Enterprise. I used Enterprise while in the military and after retiring. I highly recommend Enterprise.

  I would leave a -2 if I could, but it won’t allow me so I just chose one star. This is due to when I arrive at this location on Garners ferry. My SUV have been given away. I was told I could downgrade to A sedan I said no because I have two baby car seats and an eight-year-old and a pregnant wife whom I was traveling with not including our luggage. Granted, there were many upgradable vehicles on the lot they kept saying that they weren’t clean or they were not available. While waiting, there was a customer who had been in the same position I was in and the other customer service representative automatically went and upgraded him to a bigger SUV free of charge. I asked my customer service associate why this was not done for me she stated that she was told she could not do so. So I waited another two hours for them to find me an suv from another location. I rent from enterprise all the time, but never from this location. And I will never rent from this location ever again. When the suv got there it was a mess it had stained seats smelled like a pack of dogs and had dog hairs all over it. The strays where stained with white spots and the lady acted like it was all good. I had to make her take pictures of all the things that where wrong with it because she was not going to and I will be damned if I get charged for all the messed up things on this car. I love enterprise, but will never rent from this location again. Ended up leaving 4 hours later than I was supposed to so missed appointment I had scheduled. Burning mad still!!!!!!!
