- MRMarvin Ringo4 days ago1.0This place is a joke I was promised a car at 3:30 on Nov 18th because of an accident and nothing no show no call I finally got a hold of the employee that made the arrangements and he stated they were out of cars I spent the next morning this morning from 8:00 to 9:00 trying to get a hold of someone in the store being placed on hold for 15 minutes at a time finally getting a hold of someone and being rude and disrespectful and when I call them out on their behavior he threatened not to rent me a car because I was upset they fumble the ball me questioning how could this happen I would never rent from this location never I called HURTZ and they will have car for me at 4 pm today...I'll just take my money were it's RESPECT 🤷🏽‍♂️ Part 2 :no one from Enterprise tried to contact me all day I went to HURTZ at 4:00 and pick up my rental car and got my Allstate discount I've had call enterprises corporate office escalated it as far as I could heard nothing from them today is the 19th now I get a generic response to my review but no contact this place is a joke stay away from Enterprise spend your money where is be respected I just went to HURTZ and go a car no headaches easy peasy simple how business trip work unlike Enterprise . Enterprise never contacted me just this generic BOT on the review

A third woman is also waiting, despite a reservation, with no clear idea on when the car will be here. It’s now closing time, and no one seems to be in any kind of hurry to get things done. I should have just gone to the airport Enterprise! Stay away from the one on Two Notch Rd.
