  So the wife and I decide to stop by and take a look at any options as new campers and Christine Cooper. The salesperson helped us tremendously and gave us a brighter idea of what we would looking for. She was patient with us, Funny and gave us a lot of input and ideas and helped us better make a decision when the time comes to purchase a camper. She showed us multiple options and different designs. We came in headstrong on a certain budget but not knowing that keeping that budget would also mean downsizing. So now that we have more information and knowledge because of Christine Cooper, we are now better fitted on which camper to purchase. I also want to thank the management of camping world and the staff are also helping out and educating us on different generators and other equipment we may or may not need.

  We drove from near Augusta due to a poor experience buying an RV at our local camping world. We drove to SC where we received excellence in service are trading in and purchasing our RV from Columbia location. All individuals involved were much appreciative of our efforts and travels and didn’t waste our time nor be anything less then friendly and kind. We’ll run store and we will be back. Would recommend for family and friends.

  Purchased brand new Campsite Reserve 26CJ and couldn’t be more happy with value in comparison to what I found at other dealers. Our salesman Dale was fantastic, negotiated a great deal, and had me out of there in time to get to work! Also pleasantly surprised to receive a whole shopping cart with everything to get started when we came to pick it up! Great experience from start to finish will be back again!

  Let me start by saying that Brandon was the most amazing associate I could’ve ever asked for while purchasing my camper since purchasing my camper. I’ve had nothing but nightmares from this location not only did you damage my camper on delivery, but it’s now been five months that I have contacted this location for my camper to be fixed, you guys have done absolutely nothing to do so you have actually been very rude and disrespectful to me like it was my fault that your driver damaged my property and I Expect it to be fixed. Also, when doing my walk-through, I had made it clear that there were several things wrong inside the camper. None of those things were also fixed. Also, I was told I would have two full propane tanks neither which were full and one was left open during delivery I am beyond disgusted with this location and how they handle things quite frankly I’m ready to look into a lawyer because this is just ridiculous. I would recommend any other location if you plan on having your camper delivered, but if you’re capable of picking it up, please ask for Brandon. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
