Customer service is off the wall here. The best ever. The young lady (im so sorry I forgot her name) she was more than helpful and very knowledgeable about cars, especially what i needed for my car. Im visiting from Philadelphia and was so glad I stopped by there.

Extremely poor customer service. I purchased an expensive car piece worth $130 + $40 dollars and wasn't given my military discount. When I inquired over the phone about it, I was told it was my fault for not presenting my ID (I did) and that it couldn't be addressed over the phone. I was cut off mid phone call and told back and forth was useless. I went back and the original cashier was upset I was back and presented my receipt with no negatives on it. He claimed he did and that the manager was there but none of that happened, plus the receipt shows all the proof. The cashier was pretty upset and was raising his voice, all customers could hear him yelling at me and he told me he was done with me. I didn't feel safe, I was with my baby and he was clearly upset and I felt like he wanted to fight. As I was in line other customers looked concerned, I was confused so I was explaining my situation to another guy, and the cashier YELLED across the store. He was really upset, and he was yelling at me with a customer in front of him, so much for being done with me. I get people have bad days but I didn't feel safe and for something as simple as a return for a military discount seems ridiculous to want to fight over. I won't be coming here again, nobody should ever feel unsafe when shopping, much less with their baby. Do better.

I stopped at this Auto Zone because I happened to be in the area and needed 2 batteries with 1 needing to be installed. After waiting 15 minutes after paying for my batteries, and watching every customer get their products rung up and needs attentioned to....even those who walked in after I made my purchases, I walked out with my batteries and no installation was performed. Lesson learned. I will stick with my hometown Auto Zone, where every customer is treated with respect.

Customer service is not very great Management is very rude and commercial side how I know that's because I used to be a commercial driver a store manager should not tell the commercial driver that he's lying when he's not pretty sure it's against HR violation for commercial manager to cuss out their employee I believe in respect not disrespect and I honor to have respect

I called up here because I needed a new battery and needed help getting it replaced and it’s a little cloudy out and I know if it’s even a little misty they will not help you change your battery. so I called to make sure that they think it was ok to change Then when I get there 6 minutes later, they proceed to sell me a battery. Wait till I purchased it and then when I asked for help, tell me it’s too raining outside and then when I say I called up there to confirm it wasn’t too rainy. They called me a liar and said I didn’t speak to any of them and I even called the store in front of them to prove it was the right store I had spoken with and they called me a liar I don’t know why I’d make this up, the short haired man-lady is somthing
