AutoZone Store #4881 (December 8, 2025) Manager: Victoria B. I would like to commend Victoria B. at AutoZone Store #4881 for the exceptional service she provided on December 8, 2025. Victoria was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen carefully to the issue I was having. She asked the right questions, understood exactly what needed to be done, and quickly solved my headlight problem. Her friendly attitude, attentiveness, and thorough approach made the entire experience easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine customer care, and Victoria delivered both at the highest level. I truly appreciate her professionalism and outstanding service.

Kind of unprofessional.. I came to this autozone yesterday evening to get a new key fob since mine was dying and i spoke to one of the workers there named Rod. He asked me if i was looking for a job and let me know that they’re looking to bring more people on board and i told him i was interested considering the fact that i have been looking for a new job. Long story short, he wrote down my number so that way he can let me know when some full time positions became available in different autozone locations and he messaged me shortly after i left the store letting me know who he was and the proceeded to say and i quote “I just had a call out, now I’m closing, i never close, anyway if you were still here, I’m sure I’d be chatting with ya, you seem very pleasant”. After he sent that message, i told him very politely that I’m not interested in being on that kind of time with him. It was very shocking and disturbing and i just think that was very unprofessional because i didn’t look at him in any kind of way.

Extremely poor customer service. I purchased an expensive car piece worth $130 + $40 dollars and wasn't given my military discount. When I inquired over the phone about it, I was told it was my fault for not presenting my ID (I did) and that it couldn't be addressed over the phone. I was cut off mid phone call and told back and forth was useless. I went back and the original cashier was upset I was back and presented my receipt with no negatives on it. He claimed he did and that the manager was there but none of that happened, plus the receipt shows all the proof. The cashier was pretty upset and was raising his voice, all customers could hear him yelling at me and he told me he was done with me. I didn't feel safe, I was with my baby and he was clearly upset and I felt like he wanted to fight. As I was in line other customers looked concerned, I was confused so I was explaining my situation to another guy, and the cashier YELLED across the store. He was really upset, and he was yelling at me with a customer in front of him, so much for being done with me. I get people have bad days but I didn't feel safe and for something as simple as a return for a military discount seems ridiculous to want to fight over. I won't be coming here again, nobody should ever feel unsafe when shopping, much less with their baby. Do better.
