    Went in to replace a battery that wouldn't hold a charge. Had them install it but my car is old and the terminal on it wasn't making a good connection. They took extra time to troubleshoot and fix the problem and got me going in no time at all. Shout out to Rob and Steve for going above and beyond to help me out.

    We have been to this location twice for new batteries in the same vehicle. 2019 Lexus. First time- no issue. It was installed without any hiccups. Nothing said to us about special circumstances or warnings. Unfortunately this battery went bad within two years and we needed another. We return with a car that needed to be jumped this morning. They have us turn off the vehicle to install the new battery then ask what year our vehicle is. They hold us up because they don’t think they can install the battery. They pull up a warning (see photo) and tell us they can’t install. Instead of reading the actual warning … they focus on three words “do not replace.” They get three different employees and all say they can’t replace it. They never read the full paragraph and instructions on the infotainment system. The infortainment system was working with no problem yet we had to play ring around the rosey with three different employees who lacked reading comprehension. It was a long morning at Autozone but finally after having the whole paragraph read to them, they understood. Also, we asked if they refused to install then could they jump us so we could go to the next store that could actually do the job. Answer was NO because they didn’t have working jumper cables. You can’t make this stuff up guys. Beware if you go to the Bush River Autozone- it’s a struggle bus.

    Let me start by saying MIKE THANK YOU VERY MUCH for being so patient and kind. My husband traveled an hour to pick up generators for the Winter Storm coming in. We ordered 3 online and confirmed they were ready for pick up. Once we got to the store there were online 2 available. So of course we went into panic, my husband wasn’t rude he just simply asked could they double check because we needed 3. NOW ASHLEY!!! ASHLEY! You being front line customer service should know better than to make the comment you made! As you stated “that’s just the way it goes”! I don’t think that was a comforting response to someone who could possibly have no power for a few days! ASHLEY PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT YOUR JOB IS TO DEFUSE A PROBEM, NOT MAKE THE COMMENT “WELL GET OVER IT”…. Maybe you need more training, and I HOPE you are not management for a multi million dollar company because your representation is disgraceful.
